All goods are subject to approval. Unspoilt goods may be exchanged or refunded if returned (at customers expense) with proof of purchase within 14 days of order. If returning by post, please use a traceable post or courier when returning goods as we are NOT responsible for returned goods lost in transit.
There is not a restocking charge on returned goods, however goods exchanged will incur postal charges again. Please use an under rug when trying on rugs as soiled goods will not be considered for exchange. The goods must be returned in as good as new condition.
Please note that Equine Clothing Company can only refund postage costs where the return is a result of an error on our behalf or the product is faulty. We regret that Equine Clothing Company cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
For returns where a product is not faulty, an administration charge of 3% will be applied.
