How to I find out my horse/pony rug size?
To measure your horses rug size - measure from the middle of the chest to the rear of the quarters
To measure for an exercise sheet - measure from the withers to the top of the tail.
What size embroidery should I choose?
A lot will depend on the size of the rug and the style of lettering that you choose.
e.g. 3 initials on a 3'9" rug we would suggest 2" high letters but on a 6'0" rug we would suggest 3"
For a name of 14 letters on a 3'9" rug in block letters we would suggest 1" or in script we would suggest 1.5"
The same name on a 6'0" rug in block letters we would suggest 1.5" or in script 2".
How do I order and how can I pay?
You can send your order via email/post/fax or telephone. We have a secure site please put credit card details on your order.
The information that is required is size of rug/garment/saddle cloth etc, colour inc binding options if applicable. Colour, height and style of embroidery and name to be embroidered. Name, address and telephone number and payment.
Credit card orders must be sent to the statement address of the cardholder we will need the card number, expiry date, name of the cardholder and cardholders address.
We accept the following credit/debit cards - American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta.
We also accept cheques and cash.
How long will my order take?
As most orders are made to your requirements they will normally take 2-3 weeks to be delivered. We will always try to accommodate urgent orders.
Orders to addresses in England will be sent out at the cheapest possible rate. Orders over £300 will be sent Free of charge.
Carriage charges to anywhere else in the world is determined upon the weight of the parcel but an estimate can be given on request.
Returns Policy
All goods are subject to approval. Unspoilt goods may be exchange or refunded if returned (at customers expense) with proof
of purchase with 14 days of order. If returning by post, please use a traceable post or courier when returning goods as we are
NOT responsible for returned goods lost in transit. There is not a restocking charge on returned goods, however goods exchanged
will incur postal charges again. Please use an under rug when trying on rugs as soiled goods will not be considered for exchange.
The goods must be returned in as good as new condition.
